Resources and Information for Children

If you need to talk to someone, always remember there are a range of people who will support you. Think of someone who you trust and tell them how you are feeling. In school you can speak to any member of staff as well as Ms Savani in the office (0116 266 1809), she will always make time for you.

You may prefer to speak with someone you can trust that doesn’t know you. At NSPCC or Childline you’ll get through to a counsellor, they’re there to listen and support you with anything you’d like to talk about. No problem is too big or too small for them.

There are lots of things you can do to take care of your mental health. You can talk about your feelings, exercise, learn something new and give random acts of kindness to make you feel good about yourself.
