Over the past couple of weeks, children have been taking a look at the range of packed lunches brought to school to look for any trends and patterns. Whilst there have been lots of positives with balanced packed lunches: fruit, sandwiches, yoghurts, pastas alongside some small snacks; biscuits, crisps, etc. There have also been some worrying discoveries with some children only bringing crisps, chocolate biscuits and fast food. We remind parents of the importance of having balanced packed lunches.
